Guardrails & reversibility

What the policy file actually enforces, how a reversal lands in the ledger, and how subscription billing works end-to-end.

FAQ

The questions buyers ask first.

What the waitlist is for, when the price placeholder moves to a quoted number, and how the plan boundary is enforced in practice.

Why a waitlist?

Plumbmark is moving from pilot to general availability. The waitlist lets us onboard accounts in cohorts, tune the policy templates to each cohort, and line up finance-grade ledger exports before we open the doors.

What is the monthly price placeholder?

Final pricing is being set ahead of the public beta. Joining the waitlist for either plan puts you in line for that plan specifically — when the doors open, the price we quote and the plan we offer are the ones you signalled.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Your policy file survives the migration; the only thing that changes is the seat/account ceiling and the digest channels. Switching plans keeps both your audit history and your reason trail intact.

What does the audit log look like?

Every reallocation and pause is recorded with the timestamp, channel, inputs, decision, and reasoning behind it. Finance and brand can roll back a single row in isolation — without unwinding the rest of the day.

Still deciding
